Refund & Return Policy
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once your order has been confirmed. Each board is handcrafted with fresh ingredients and prepared specifically for your selected date, which means we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind, missed pickups, or event cancellations.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled pickup time in order to receive a credit toward a future order. Cancellations made within 72 hours of pickup are not eligible for credit or refund.
Allergy Disclaimer
Please notify us of any food allergies at the time of ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and are not responsible for adverse reactions. See product descriptions for potential allergens (nuts, dairy, etc.).
Missed Pickups
If your order is not picked up during the scheduled window, we cannot guarantee freshness beyond that point. No refunds or replacements will be issued for missed pickups.
